Hello there, I’m Raquel
Since 2016 I’ve been helping clients experience the benefits of somatic private yoga in San Francisco, both in-person and online. Each session is customized to your specific needs, so you can feel more present, grounded and recharged.
As a San Francisco private yoga instructor, my approach blends somatic embodiment, functional movement, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, breath work and gentle hands-on guidance.
Whether you’re new to yoga, working through an injury, managing stress or looking to deepen your practice, I’ll design a class that is just right for you.
Experience has taught me yoga is TRULY for everyone, and there’s always something you can do.
