Happy Feet, Ankles & Calves
Have you ever miscalculated a step walking down the stairs and COMPLETELY rolled out on the outside of your foot? Are you envisioning the scene? Right away you're not too sure if it's painful, but you KNOW that rolling out was way too extreme and that you might have hurt your ankle. I credit my routine of keeping my feet, ankles and calves mobilized from preventing ankle sprain. Due to diligent practice the muscles and connective tissue in my feet are supple enough to absorb the impact without injuring the surrounding structures. This class is very sensational so feel free to back of if it's too intense - I know I do!
