My hips are SOOO open - said no one EVER.

The current state of affairs  + working from home + sitting for long hours in a not so ergonomic position can get to our bodies pretty quickly. You might have noticed how you're holding tension in your body, feeling maybe cranky and restless. 

In this dedicated 2 hour workshop, we will roll everything from the hips down and give the legs and feet a major reboot. 

PROP REQUIREMENT: we will be using the balls in many different ways and techniques, so it'd advisable that you purchase your own set of Yoga Tune Up Balls. You may purchase them HERE, or via any other website of your choosing, I am sending this link for you to know which specific set to buy.
